This is a truly unique spalted maple live edge desk. It was a joy to work with the wood, as it is an art piece in and of itself! The variations in the grain are breathtaking, which we are sure you will agree when you see it for yourself! Some black walnut keys were added for strength in certain spots and crushed turquoise for filling in some voids.
This would make a great addition to an office at home or work!
Finished with tung oil and polished with beeswax.
Custom steel frame for the base.
